2. Counter-Notification
If you believe that content you uploaded was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. To be valid under the DMCA, your counter-notification must include:
Your Contact Information: Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
Identification of the Material: A description of the material that has been removed or disabled, including its location before removal.
A Statement of Good Faith: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district or, if outside the United States, the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which we may be found.

3. Repeat Infringers
We take copyright infringement seriously and will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers under our policies.
4. Limitation of Liability
Under the DMCA, we are not liable for damages if we act in good faith to remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content.
5. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our platform.
